I graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition/Dietetics. I have been in the nutrition and fitness world for over 5 years coaching clients nutritionally and physically to reach their desired goals. I have learned so much about how no one person is the same when it comes to diet and exercise. I look forward to helping people make changes tailored to their specific needs and finding a balance of health and well-being.
